I need a degreaser and polish that will work on restaurant vent hoods. I know there is no perfect chemical, but does anyone know of a degreaser and stainless steel polish product that really works? I need it for cleaning restaurant vent hoods. Somtimes

The classic cheap degreaser is trisodium phosphate (TSP) which is used to degrease engine blocks and just about anything else.

It is caustic and needs to be handled with care but it does the job.
